Allie Hess McDonald

Allie has been with Quality Life Solutions since July 2019. Her role is to connect the right technician with the client to ensure customers' needs are met in a timely fashion and service is maintained. In addition, she greets customers at the office, answers phone calls, and does data input. She enjoys interacting with customers and helping them with whatever issues they may be having. There are many moving parts in her world and she is great at multitasking. Allie always has a smile on her face and enjoys the workplace culture at Quality Life Solutions. In her free time, she cherishes quality time with family and being outdoors.
