Amy has been with Quality Life Solutions since August 2019 and a manager for over 20 years. Her day to day duties are to oversee all customer service efforts, manage customer service teammates, connect the right technician with the client to ensure customers needs are met in a timely fashion and service is maintained. In addition, she greets customers at the office, assists with trouble shooting efforts, answers phone calls, takes phone payments, does data input, and ensures satisfaction for all of our customers. She loves interacting with customers and helping them with whatever issues they may be having. Amy enjoys that her job can be in an environment where at any given time she can be handling multiple customer issues at once ranging from simply helping a customer with salt delivery/pick up to working with our customers on service issues with their changing water conditions. There are many moving parts in her world and she always has a smile on her face. Outside of the office she enjoys crafting in her free time.
