Q:
What is the quality of MAX water? And
how do we know this is the case?
A: The water is treated
by six separate processes, and this is
verified by the Department of Health and
Environmental Control, who monitors the
equipment
Q: Who installs this equipment?
A: The Equipment is
installed by Installers who are WQA certified
Q: How much does this cost us?
A: The cost to you
to install and maintain the machine is
nothing - you only need to supply the water
and the electricity.
Q: Who Pays for the maintenance?
A: QLS pays for all
filter changes and service cost.
Q: Will this interfere with my current
bottle water sales?
A: No - this option
is for those who purchase water in bulk
and save money, you meet the needs of those
who are concerned with the waste that plastic
bottles create.
Q: I have not seen this before
how do we know it will be productive?
A: Because of the
publicity regarding the waste that plastic
bottles have created, in the past 18 months
major retailers such as Walmart, Lowes,
Home Depot, Food Lion, and Bi Lo, ect have
made available bulk water for sale.
At QLS we believe that this market will
continue to grow as it has in many parts
of the US.
Q: What do we do if there is a
challenge with the unit?
A: You simply call
QLS. All service calls are responded to
immediately and taken care of within 24
hours.
Q: How much electricity does this
use?
A: The total amount
of watts that it draws is 20,748 over a
31 day period.
With the lights on 24/7 and an average
of 72 gallons of water sold per day all
other electrical devices would run a total
of 3 hours per day. Based on 9.5 cents
per kw hour used
The total cost to operate the unit would
be approximately $1.97 per month.
Q: How can we be sure the water
is safe and bacteria free?
A: First DHEC requires
that the unit passes a bacteria test before
it is put into operation and second the
unit has a UV light as the last stage of
treatment. The unit will automatically
shut down if it does not deliver the proper
UV dosage.
Q: Is this good for the environment?
A: Yes - one of the
main topics in the news today is the waste
management problem that empty bottles has
created. With Max, consumers can refill
their bottles for less and not have the
waste.
Q: How does this compare in price
to the water being sold at Lowes or Home
Depot?
A: To exchange a bottle
at Lowes or Home Depot averages $5.99 vs
$2.40 with Max. |
